Yes , and have many variable , example:
1)Price for each listing
2)Price for User Levels(Groups) , small doc >>>
3)Price for TOP , SPECIAL , COMMERCIAL listing

What about payment gateways, it that already supported, if yes which ones? Or does that need some custom coding.

In EXP Autos Pro for payment used module , now have for PayPal system , but you can add any others system.
Small doc for this module >>>
