Hi Jorge.

1)Sorry , I no have official translate into Spanish , but translate have Members you can ask question in Members Forum.
Or you can translate component to Spanish, this no hard only 2 languages files.

2)Yes, possible .
EXP Autos Pro component use standard Joomla CMS .INI lang files.
